ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use by users ("Users" or "You") of the services provided by Elements Casino Grand River (the "Casino"). By accessing, browsing, or using any services offered through the Casino's website or facilities, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with all of the Terms, please do not use this service.
AGE AND IDENTITY REQUIREMENTS
You must be at least 19 years old (or the age required for gaming in your jurisdiction) to enter or participate in any form of gaming activity within the Casino premises.
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICES
The Casino encourages all patrons to engage in responsible gambling practices and to seek assistance if they believe their gaming habits are problematic. Patrons can contact support staff directly, who will provide information on how to access resources for managing problem gambling behavior.
CREDIT AND PAYMENT TERMS
No credit facilities or other financing arrangements are available from the Casino. All transactions must be made in full at time of use.
GAMING PROVISIONS
All gaming activities conducted within the premises are subject to Ontario Gaming Regulations and applicable laws. The outcome of all games is determined by Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been verified for fairness. The outcomes of each game are independent, and there is no colluding between machines or any other form of cheating.
GAME RULES
Each game played at the Casino has its own specific rules which are clearly displayed on the relevant terminals, table surfaces, or in written materials distributed by staff. By playing a game, You agree to be bound by these rules as well as any applicable provincial and federal gaming laws and regulations.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF PAYMENTS
The Casino reserves the right to cancel or adjust any payment due to patrons for any reason it deems necessary under applicable law and its own policies.
USE OF COINS, TOKENS OR OTHER GAMING ITEMS
All gaming activities are carried out with official coins or tokens supplied by the OLG or other authorized vendors. The Casino cannot provide unofficial alternatives, nor will such items be accepted as valid for play.
LOSS LIMITATION
You acknowledge that your losses may exceed any amounts You deposit and/or win during a single session of gaming. It is Your responsibility to manage these risks responsibly.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
The Casino collects data from its patrons, which includes contact information provided at sign-up or through interactions with our staff. This information will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable law and only used for purposes directly related to providing services requested by You or as otherwise allowed under the applicable laws.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
In no event shall Elements Casino Grand River, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents or any third party content providers be liable (collectively "Elements") for any damages arising out of Your use or inability to access the Services whether caused by any error in the Service provision or otherwise. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elements from all claims brought against it that arise directly or indirectly as a result of Your breach of these Terms.
TERMINATION
These Terms can be amended at any time without prior notice by Elements. Continued use after such amendments have been published shall imply acceptance of the revised terms. The Casino reserves its right to modify, cancel or suspend provision of services at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed exclusively by Ontario law, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over this territory unless otherwise provided under applicable law or stipulated within these Terms.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms represent the entire agreement between You and Elements with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior communications (whether written or oral), proposals, understandings, representations, warranties, commitments or agreements made by either party before or at the same time as these Terms were executed.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed exclusively by Ontario law, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law unless otherwise provided within these Terms.

BY ENTERING THE CASINO PREMISES OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY GAMING ACTIVITIES WITHIN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
